Who I am
I’m an artist and an art teacher. My images are inspired by comics, cartoons, picture book illustration, science fiction, movies and fantasy designs. I have a Bachelors of Fine Arts from Illinois State University and a Masters in Art Education from the University of Illinois. While teaching elementary students for over 16 years I’ve provided illustrations for books, written and drawn comics. My goal is to create and contribute to projects that bring happiness and joy to the world and celebrate the goodness in life.
